How do I book?

Call or WhatsApp 07375 772004, email, or use the instant quote calculator. For regular window cleaning we'll confirm when we're next in your area.

How do I pay?

Card (our favourite), bank transfer or cash, within 3 days of the job being done. No deposits for standard jobs.

Do I need to be home?

No. Just leave gates unlocked and any outside tap accessible, we'll text you when we're done, usually with photos.

What if the weather is bad?

Light rain makes no difference to pure water cleaning. Heavy storms, high winds or frost and we reschedule at no charge.

What if I need to cancel?

24 hours notice is all we ask. No-access on the day can carry a 50% charge if we can't fill the slot.

What if I'm not happy?

Tell us within 48 hours and we'll put it right free of charge. Your happiness keeps the round alive.

Window cleaning

What method do you use?

A hot purified water-fed pole system, 80°C water, poles up to 65ft, no ladders on your property and no chemicals on your glass.

Why does the water just dry on the glass?

It's 100% pure (0 TDS). With nothing dissolved in it, it dries without spots or residue, that's the whole trick.

Do you clean frames and sills?

Always. Glass, frames, sills and doors are standard on every single visit.

Can you do skylights and Velux?

Yes, a small extra may apply depending on height and access.

Can I have a traditional squeegee clean?

Outside we use the poles for safety and quality. Inside glass gets the classic squeegee finish on request.

Gutters, roofs & outside

How do you clear gutters?

A 40ft SkyVac vacuum from the ground, with a camera check, downpipes flushed and everything bagged and removed.

How often should gutters be cleared?

At least once a year, ideally in autumn. Near trees, twice a year saves a lot of grief.

Will roof cleaning damage my tiles?

No, we choose between manual scraping and low-pressure soft washing, and we never high-pressure blast a roof. The biocide does the killing, not the pressure.

Will the moss come back?

Not for years. The biocide keeps working after we leave, that's why roof cleans carry a 2-year guarantee and 8-12+ year typical results.

Can you fix broken gutters?

Minor repairs like sealing joints and refixing brackets, yes. Bigger jobs, we'll point you to trades we trust.

Is pressure washing safe for my patio?

Yes, pressure is adjusted per surface and rotary heads keep the finish even, no stripes, no etching.

Do you re-sand block paving?

Yes, kiln-dried sand after cleaning, £1.50/m². It locks the blocks and keeps weeds out, most customers add it.

Other services

Do you clean conservatory roofs?

Yes, external roof cleans from £60, and the inside can be quoted too.

Is solar panel cleaning worth it?

Dirty panels lose up to 30% of output. Pure water and soft brushes restore it, warranty-safe.

Do you do commercial work?

Yes, shops, offices, pubs, schools and care homes, with phased payment available on bigger contracts.

Christmas lights?

Install and January removal from £60 with your lights, or from £195 supplied and stored by us. Only 40 houses a year.

Do you offer bundles?

Yes, combining services on one visit saves 10-20%, ask for a package price when you book.
